Titan Marine is constructing 71 inch pipes that will support two barge platforms above the waves so workers can cut up and remove the wreck. Titan Marine president David Parrot describes the pneumatic jacks that will hoist the barge platforms on steel legs above the surf so the New Carissa can be scrapped.
