Tuesday night Pamela Fisher took her 1 1/2 year old dachshund Annabelle, or Annie, on a walk and she tripped and fell. Annie barked and barked, prompting neighbors to call the police, complaining about the barking. When police arrived, they found Annie barking and that led them to find Pamela on the ground.
