During the Division/Clinton Street Fair parade participants march down Clinton St. towards the end where bottles of water and cookies rest for those who marched. Crowds formed even on roof tops and people in the houses were drawn out by the sounds of the marching band. "I got woken up, so I stuck my head out of my bedroom window," said Jon Feder a who recently moved into a house on Division St.
