New PSU president Wim Weivel addressed students as they waited for free Voodoo donuts and coffee as part of a way to personalize the increasingly huge campus of 27,000 students. Weivel spoke after the announcement that PSU was still Oregon's largest university with a new record enrollment which was up at all seven of Oregon's public universities.
