A crew from Inline Commercial Construction installs a thick plastic barrier around the Providence clinic in Vernonia. The clinic sits on the banks of Rock Creek, which flooded in December 2007, damaging the clinic and much of the city's central area. The creek has been rising steadily throughout the day.
