PORTLAND, OR--Joshua Jay Elliott video chats with Cristin Norine who helps celebrate the grand opening of Emma, a company in the same building as the bSIDE gallery. Elliott and Norine are the co-creators of The Public Isolation Project which finds Norine living in the very public gallery on E. Burnside and SE 6th Avenue for 30 days.
