PORTLAND, OREGON - December 26, 2011 - Elyne Chao, two-and-a-half, tries out a child-size suitcase at The Luggage Factory in Woodburn. Chao came down from Vancouver, British Columbia with her parents, twin sister, and grandmother to check out the Boxing Day deals. It was the second time her family had driven to the Woodburn Co.
