PORTLAND, OREGON - January 26, 2012- A Portland Fire Bureau rescue drill was conducted in the Willamette River in downtown Portland Thursday afternoon. Firefighters on personal watercrafts practiced pulling teammates to safety. High water and debris make for a dangerous mix. Wednesday a man was pulled from the river and saved.
